Gratitude Manifests Great Life!

Perhaps you have had a private session with me or attended one of my classes or a retreat and have heard me say, “What you think today, creates tomorrow and what you emotionally connect to manifests.” The metaphysical – Law of Attraction has proven this statement repeatedly in my life. I am grateful to consistently put to practice one of the most powerful tools each of us has, a focused intentional mind coupled with positive heartfelt emotion.
How is this accomplished you ask? First lasso your mind, get a grip on your thought patterns, then catch yourself and put an immediate STOP to repetitive ungrateful thoughts. Cancel the nagging pessimistic buggers and begin to completely rewrite them. Change, “I am never going to lose this weight”, to “I am eating healthy, I am taking care of myself, I can and will release this unwanted weight from my waist.”
Begin and maintain a gratitude journal. Just jotting three to five things, people or events you are grateful for each day can make a world of difference for your emotional, physical and spiritual well being.
A study published in 2003, in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, highlights – Participants who kept weekly gratitude journals: were more optimistic about the coming week, felt better about their lives and reported fewer physical concerns, as compared to those who recorded making a list of problems, and issues in their lives. This same study explained that an attitude of gratitude was shown to foster optimism, participants reported less stress, and greater personal confidence.
Gratitude is a beautiful partner of happiness and this pair can support you in manifesting greatness in your life. A wee bit of good goes a long way my friend.
